Apple Vision Pro: Training for an Immersive Experience

On another front, Apple is preparing its retail employees for the launch of the Apple Vision Pro, its upcoming $3,499 head-mounted AR wearable. This device, initially expected for an early 2024 release, might see a slight delay, with employee training seminars set to start in January. These sessions, lasting two days, aim to equip employees with the skills needed to enhance customer experience and facilitate the complex setup process of the Apple Vision Pro.

Retail Strategy and Customer Experience

The training reflects Apple’s commitment to ensuring a seamless customer experience for the Vision Pro. Each employee will learn to customize the device for individual users, a critical factor in user satisfaction. Apple plans to adopt an appointment system for purchasing the Vision Pro, similar to the approach taken during the first Apple Watch launch.
