Samsung has innovated a new AI-powered Camera Shift feature, providing Galaxy users with the ability to reposition the focus of their photos post-capture. Launched through the Galaxy Enhance-X app on the Galaxy S24 series, this feature enables photo adjustments as if shot from a different angle. Samsung plans to extend this functionality across a wide range of Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
Expansion Across Galaxy Series
The Camera Shift feature, initially released for the S24 series, is set to become a staple in many Galaxy models. Samsung has announced they will progressively update the Enhance-X app, incorporating Camera Shift into a vast array of devices, including flagship and mid-range models from 2021 onwards.

A comprehensive list of eligible devices has been released, showcasing the feature’s compatibility with recent Galaxy series. The list features the Galaxy S23, S22, and S21 series, Galaxy Z Fold and Flip versions, as well as selected Galaxy Tab models and Galaxy A and M series devices, indicating Samsung’s commitment to enhancing photographic capabilities across its product range.
The Camera Shift feature offers a new dimension in image manipulation, simulating alternate shooting positions through AI. While currently exclusive to the Galaxy S24 series, the feature will soon be made available to other Galaxy devices, enriching the photography experience for a broader user base.
