The Rapid Sanding Solution (RSS) is equipped with a FANUC CRX-30iA collaborative robot arm, which includes a laser system for precise panel measurements. This setup allows for consistent sanding quality and reduces manual labor, significantly increasing operational efficiency. For instance, Fabridor, a Quebec-based cabinet maker, reported a 31% increase in sanding efficiency after integrating Vention’s solution.
