How to create an account on PlayStation Network (US)
PSN is accessible through PlayStation consoles starting from PS3, as well as via any web browser. To use the network, users must create an online account, choosing between free and paid subscriptions. Subscribers provide an email address and select a unique online identifier, enabling them to join multiplayer games and monitor their gaming statistics.
The network includes the PlayStation Store, where users can purchase games and videos. Payments are processed through credit cards or PlayStation Network Cards, which are prepaid debit cards.
